As the founder of High Point Business Brokers, I am thrilled to combine my wealth of experience with a network of experts to benefit our clients. Early in my career I learned the value of a consultative approach, and that the greatest rewards are not financial, but in having a positive impact in people’s lives, careers, and businesses.
My foundation is in sales and recruiting, within retail, personal services, technology, energy, financial, construction, and manufacturing industries. This has been enhanced by training in Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, and M&A. I have also lived and worked in Ontario, New Brunswick, and Alberta, supporting businesses across Canada.
This experience over the past 30 years has taught me how to not only listen for people’s needs and priorities, but to successfully guide my client’s in their goal setting and decision making process. Success in helping clients then evolved into teaching others, building sales teams, and ultimately advising on company direction at an executive level.
I ventured out from corporate employment into business brokerage and independent consulting in 2019. Having worked with many business owners since then, I’ve seen a need in the market to bridge the gap between a business’ present state and the goals of owners to exit the business successfully. This is where adding the consulting element from my previous career and the exceptional team of Advisors at HPBB, can make the difference for our clients. Similarly, buyers can benefit from experienced Advisors on call to ensure the successful transition into business ownership.
